Library encumbrances in effect from 4th June 2021.
No overdue items or late fees = No encumbrances.
Return or renew your books on time to avoid late fees and encumbrances.
The Library works hard to ensure equitable access to resources for all students - returning or renewing your books by their due date helps us help you.
From Friday 4th June, students with late fees, lost items or other Library fees of $25 or over will be prevented from receiving examination results, graduating or obtaining academic transcripts until items have been returned and late fees have been paid in full.
Not sure when your books are due or if you have fees owing?
Check your My Library record on the Western Sydney University library website.
How to pay:
Late fees can be paid at any library or by credit card through the Western Sydney University OneStop payment facility.
Money collected from library fees is directed back to the purchasing of new items for teaching and learning at Western Sydney University.
Remember, no overdue items or late fees = No encumbrances.
