Library Toolbar
The Library toolbar is a browser plugin for Firefox and Internet Explorer providing direct access to Library resources without having to navigate to the Library home page.
Once installed, you will be able to:
- Search UWS books and e-resources using the Library Search Box
- Access Search Central (journal articles and more...)
- Search the Library Classic Catalogue
- Search Google Scholar.
- Link to Library services.
New users can download the toolbar plug-in below.
Download IE version here - When prompted, select the run option
Download Firefox version here - When prompted, select the install now option. You will need to restart Firefox.
Existing Toolbar users* can upgrade their toolbar by:
1. Opening their browser and selecting the library option from the toolbar
2. Select LibX preferences
3. From the list of tabs, select Updates
4. Click on Check for updates
Any updates will automatically install.
* The update feature is only found in Internet Explorer.
