Client Satisfaction Survey
The Library is carrying out a Client Satisfaction Survey over two weeks from 12 to 23 May 2003. The survey questionnaire will be available in print and electronic formats and is a confidential document
We believe in working closely in partnership with our users for new, better, and improved services. Your views and opinions together with your frank and honest feedback will make it worthwhile, and will help us understand how we can improve the quality of our services.
Please make the time to participate and have your say on how well we are performing in meeting your needs.
Participants will be eligible to enter a lucky draw for ten prizes in the form of double movie passes or photocopying credit worth $20 each.
