Off Campus Access change

Students and staff with a hyphenated family name, a family name with an apostrophe or a family name with a space will see a change in how they login to Off Campus Access.

Students and staff with a hyphenated family name or a family name with an apostrophe used to enter this as a single word, omitting the hyphen or apostrophe. For example Clark-Smith was entered as Clarksmith, O'Reilly as Oreilly.

These clients should now enter their family name exactly as spelt. In the example above, enter Clark-Smith instead of Clarksmith, O'Reilly instead of Oreilly

Those who have a space in their name previously entered this as a single word e.g. Van Dane was entered as vandane.

These clients should enter the first part only of their name e.g. Van instead of Van Dane or Vandane

We apologise for any confusion this change in procedure causes.
