The upgrade has resulted in a change to the IP address of the servers used to run Off Campus Access.
Your ISP needs to 'pick up' the changes. The University has no control over how long this will take, however we had allowed 4 days for this to occur.
Large providers, like Bigpond, Optus, Yahoo run thousands of servers to ensure continuity of service, and delays may occur as all of them pick up the change. Similarly, workplaces may not frequently update their servers and those accessing from a workplace may run into problems.
Without this change being recognised by your ISP, you will receive 'page not found' errors when trying to access resources, as the physical location of the login page has changed.
Clearing your cache and restarting your browser may assist. Otherwise, contact your ISP or workplace IT people, advise them that a service you use changed it's IP address on Thursday 24 February and ask them when this change will be recognised by them.
We regret any inconvenience this may cause.
