Electronic Resources Update

Firstpoint is the new online research tool from Thomson. It is designed to make case law research quicker, easier and more efficient by offering a single entry point to Australian case law information.



Firstpoint combines Australian Case Citator Plus, The Australian Digest and The Australian Legal Monthly Digest.

This resource tool links to all full text cases available on LBC Online and direct to PDF. It includes reported cases since 1825 and unreported judgments from 1999.
