ISBN (International Standard Book Numbers)
The Library is responsible for UWS purchase, recording and allocation of ISBNs for University monographic publications.
All enquiries from UWS staff should be directed to Dianne Gurnett (extension 5064 or d.gurnett@uws.edu.au) who is responsible for issuing numbers, maintaining records, and liaison with Thorpe-Bowker, the national ISBN authority.
An ISBN can be issued on the same working day of request if urgent, or within 7 days as routine.
There are no charge back costs to authors, Schools or Colleges.
