Resources
General Resources
Reference material
Reference material such as dictionaries, handbooks, encyclopedias and directories provide a starting point for your research. They contain introductory information, topic overviews, definitions, statistics and data. Search the
Library search box to locate electronic and print reference material. Electronic reference items are also listed under
e-resources: e-resources by subject. They are available in the General Reference section and within the subject areas listed.
Books
Books are a valuable information source. They can provide both broad and in-depth discussion of a topic, historical information, theories and facts. By searching the
Library search box you can locate electronic and hardcopy books on your topic, research methodology and how to write up your research. Search using keywords and use the call numbers and hyperlinks to find other relevant material. You can refine your search in many ways including format, date, author, subject and geographic region.
