Managing Citations
Bibliographic management software packages enable you to store references, search and download citations from electronic sources, insert citations into documents, and create bibliographies in a wide range of referencing styles.UWS Library provides access to two bibliographic management software products:
Endnote: Endnote requires you to download a large zipped file and install the program onto your computer. All citations and 'libraries' are stored on your machine. The required EndNote files can be downloaded from the UWS Library web site by UWS staff and postgraduate students
RefWorks: RefWorks is a web based program where your citation databases are stored on the web, accessible via a personal login. A small file is loaded onto your computer to link with MSWord when you use stored references in MSWord documents. RefWorks is accessible to all UWS staff and students.
