Borrowing
UWS staff and students
The
University Libraries of Australia and New Zealand (ULANZ) is a borrowing scheme that allows staff and students of participating member universities to obtain borrowing privileges from other participating university libraries.
How to register
To apply for borrowing rights at other institutions you will need to register with the host library from which you wish to borrow. For details of how to register and information on borrowing conditions at individual libraries check
University Libraries of Australia and New Zealand.
Duration of borrowing privileges
Borrowing privileges are valid until February 28 of the following year. A new application is required each year.
Borrowing conditions
Use of other libraries will be governed by the host library's rules and regulations. Infringements at a host library may result in sanctions at the borrower's home library.
Fees
Registration fees may apply at some institutions. All fees, charges and levies associated with such registrations are to be met by the client. UWS postgraduate students will be subsidized for 1 registration fee. The registration fee will be reimbursed on presentation of a receipt and proof of registration.
