Placing a request

Items on loan may be requested through the Library Search Box Request link, or via the Library Catalogue link.

Please note that the request service is only available for items on loan or located at UWS campus libraries other than the specified pickup location.

Items in the Reserve Collection cannot be requested.

Requests cannot be placed by clients with outstanding items and/or fees.

AVAILABILITY

Available items are held for collection at the nominated library in the Reserve Collection area on the ‘Requested Item’ shelves. Please collect your requested items and bring them to the Service Desk for borrowing.

Available items will be held for 7 days.
