Borrowing

Borrowing at UWS: Alumni/Community/non-UWS students

Members of the public are able to borrow from the UWS Library under the following membership arrangements

Please Note: Library Membership does not include remote access to the Library's electronic resources, Document Delivery and intercampus requests and borrowing Reserve material.

UWS Alumni

UWS alumni have borrowing access upon presentation of current UWS Gradlife card. UWS graduates should contact Alumni & Graduate Services Unit (alumni@uws.edu.au or 9678 7670) to obtain this card.

Alumni Library membership fee is $50.00 for 12 months. Alumni may pay via a purchased Casual Ticket, a borrowed Courtesy Card, iPay (please present receipt to library staff), or by cheque.

Alumni members do have offcampus access to a limited range of e-resources

Community users

Member of the public can have borrowing access upon presentation of proof of identity and payment of $100 for 12 months registration.

Corporate users

Companies interested in corporate access should apply to the University Librarian

Non-UWS students

Current students and staff of other Australian and New Zealand universities may be eligible to borrow from UWS under the University Libraries of Australia and New Zealand (ULANZ).

** Open University students are not eligible for membership under the ULANZ scheme.
